Plan B Digital have fully redrawn the rules for their former Concierge Plus mobile application.
The new Concierge Desk is a new "Progressive Web Application" (PWA) that has been developed to make it easier for even the smallest operator to be able to transfer their information brochures rack onto their website and the guest mobile to ONLY show the places that you and your team would recommend. This is your Concierge Desk and you can recommend only what you want to and change and update as and when you require. No running off to third party review sites - just your own curated, trusted and personal local knowledge.
So when the guest asks what to do with the kids over breakfast you simply show them to the website (or even better the Concierge QR Code on your menu!) and they have instant access to your personalised Concierge Desk app with full information, images, booking and contact details and Google maps to help them get there.

The concept is pretty simple; recommendations carry more weight when they are delivered personally. It's always been the case and we are all more likely to follow a recommendation up when it comes from someone you trust.
What better way to deliver added value then to give your guests your recommendations. With a few clicks of buttons in your own secure content management area, each accommodation provider can select the bars, restaurants, attractions and local shops that they personally wish to recommend in each of their clients' golf areas. You can add a travel section for trains, taxis and buses as required.
We thinks it's the positive power of curated information over the bulk aggregation that will be delivered by the big review sites.
